Thank you for your purchase from Water Hazard Hydration. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. All Sales Final

Because our products are consumable beverages, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: contactus@waterhazardhydration.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We may offer a:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

3. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Water Hazard Hydration is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for a refund. Reshipping fees may apply.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
